Eric Chin

Eric Chin

Co-Founder / CEO

Eric brings the perspective of a seasoned operator who has already helped build and exit a number of regional roll-ups.

Prior to Moki, he was part of the founding management team of a corporate-services business that completed multiple acquisitions and integrations across eight Asia-Pacific countries. He led business development, partnerships and marketing, helped build the brand from the ground up and was part of the executive team through its eventual divestment to the world’s largest private-equity funds.

Before becoming an operator, Eric spent more than 11 years in corporate banking, working with mid-sized and large multinational companies. He had worked closely with roll-up consolidators in various industries for their respective buy, build and integrate strategies.

Lynn Koay

Lynn Koay

Group Finance Director

Lynn brings a thoughtful approach to financial management, positively influencing business decisions and supporting the companies' strategic objectives.

She has more than 15 years of experience spanning financial reporting, M&A advisory and assurance, including serving as Group Finance Director for a pan-Asian corporate-services firm headquartered in Singapore.

Her experience includes complex group consolidations, strategic financial planning, investor relations and transaction work. She has also worked within a Big Four M&A transactions team and led financial and vendor due diligence for significant transactions across multiple industries.

Terry Peh

Terry Peh

Group Commercial Director

Drawing on 20 years of entrepreneurial and commercial experience, Terry has first-hand experience in building businesses, scaling direct-to-consumer brands and driving commercial growth in high-consideration sectors where trust is central to commercial growth.

For 9 years, he founded a petcare company which he built from ground up into a multi-million-dollar business, gaining valuable experience in shaping its growth around the evolving needs of pets, pet owners and pet businesses.

Before entrepreneurship, Terry spent 11 years in regional roles with global multinational companies leading digital, marketing and commercial growth across healthcare, insurance and advertising sectors in Asia Pacific.

Sarab Bhutani

Co-Founder / Board Director

Sarab brings more than three decades of senior finance and investment experience across the United States and Asia.

His career spans investment banking, corporate banking and private equity. He is also an active investor and adviser to companies on strategy, talent and fundraising, with particular experience in M&A and capital raising.

Madhujeet Chimni

Co-Founder / Board Director

Madhujeet is a serial entrepreneur with deep experience building through consolidation.

He has created, operated and divested roll-up businesses across industries including IT services, corporate services, waste management, construction services and consumer electronics. Collectively, those businesses have completed more than 60 add-on acquisitions.

He is also an active investor across startups, high-growth companies and mature businesses.

Atin Bhutani

Co-Founder / Board Director

Atin combines entrepreneurship with experience scaling businesses across Asia-Pacific.

He co-founded and operated a corporate-services company that grew into one of the region’s larger services businesses, and his earlier career included leadership roles in banking and technology services.

He is also an active investor in multiple businesses.
