Allpets & Aqualife Partners With Moki & Co To Build A Better Future For Animal Health

Singapore – 27 February 2025 – Since 2002, Allpets & Aqualife has grown alongside generations of pet owners in Singapore, caring for dogs and cats, treating exotic and aquatic animals, and applying its veterinary expertise across some of Singapore’s more unusual and complex animal-care environments. Through all those years, one principle has remained constant: Do what is right for the animal. Today, Allpets & Aqualife is beginning its next chapter as part of Moki & Co, a Singapore-based petcare group. Allpets & Aqualife will continue under its own name, with its veterinary team, clinical philosophy and commitment to sensible, practical and compassionate care. The relationships built between our veterinarians, clients and their animals remain at the heart of the practice. What changes is what we can build around them. Joining Moki & Co gives Allpets & Aqualife access to broader resources, capabilities and a growing network within petcare, allowing us to invest further in people, facilities, clinical capabilities, education and the overall quality and care we provide to pet owners. But our ambition goes beyond building a bigger veterinary clinic. Our longer-term ambition is to contribute towards a future where better veterinary knowledge, stronger standards of care and a deeper respect for animal welfare can reach more animals, more pet owners and more communities across the region. Dr Fred Chua and Dr Winnie Teo, Directors of Allpets & Aqualife, said: “This partnership is a strategic step forward for both Allpets and Moki. We are thrilled to join forces with Moki & Co, a company that shares our passion for delivering top-quality products and services to pet owners across Asia Pacific. Together, we will continue to push the boundaries of pet care excellence and innovation.” Eric Chin, CEO and Co-founder of Moki & Co, said: “The team had spent the last 23 years providing expert veterinary services in Singapore, in addition to distributing a highly effective range of disinfectant products to human and animal/pet organizations. Other than companion pets, we are highly impressed with the fact that the team has also built up a lot of experience to treat and care for wildlife, exotic and zoological animals. We are excited to welcome Allpets into the Moki & Co family and look forward to a bright future together.”

Annie’s Pantry and Moki & Co Join Forces to Advance a Better Future for Pet Nutrition

Singapore – November 2024 – Annie’s Pantry, the Singapore-born fresh pet food company built on a belief in real food, honest ingredients and better nutrition for pets, is entering its next chapter with Moki & Co as a strategic partner. The partnership brings together Annie’s Pantry’s founding philosophy and commitment to food integrity with Moki & Co’s resources, capabilities and wider petcare ecosystem, creating a stronger platform for Annie’s Pantry to pursue an ambition that extends far beyond simply growing the business. The shared vision is to help raise the standard of pet nutrition across Asia-Pacific. Since its beginnings, Annie’s Pantry has challenged the idea that pet owners should have to choose between convenience, transparency and quality. Its philosophy has remained simple: know what goes into the bowl, choose ingredients with purpose, and make food worthy of the animals we consider family. As more pet owners across Asia become thoughtful about what they feed their pets, Annie’s Pantry believes there is an opportunity and a responsibility to take that philosophy further. The partnership with Moki & Co is intended to help Annie’s Pantry strengthen its capabilities, invest in innovation and production, and bring its approach to thoughtful pet nutrition to more pets and their families over time. Vincent Mori, Co-founder of Annie’s Pantry, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Moki and Co on board as a strategic partner,” said Vincent Mori, Co-Founder of Annie’s Pantry. “This partnership reflects a shared commitment to advancing pet nutrition and delivering products of high integrity across the Asia Pacific region. With Moki’s support, we are excited to accelerate our growth and continue innovating to provide the best possible products for pets and their owners.” James Barrie, Co-founder of Annie’s Pantry, added: “We are very happy to welcome Moki & Co as part of the team. Their support and confidence in our vision will propel us to new heights, enabling us to fuel our production capabilities with automation and drive to continue improving the quality of our pet food.” For Moki & Co, the partnership reflects its approach of supporting distinctive petcare businesses while preserving the individual identity, purpose and brand equity that made them successful in the first place. Eric Chin, CEO of Moki & Co, said: “We are delighted to partner with Annie’s Pantry,” said Eric Chin, CEO of Moki & Co. “Under the leadership of Vincent Mori and James Barrie, the business has taken off fast despite its young age, and their commitment to quality and excellence aligns perfectly with our vision. With Moki and Co’s investments and value add, we are excited to contribute to the company’s future strategic plans, which will bring the company to new heights. We look forward to a successful collaboration.”
